Complete refurbishment of Sunnyside House. We had to remove the existing waterproof membrane on the rooftop terrace and provide new waterproofing membrane.

All balconies and elevations had to be repaired and painted with Alchimica waterproofing paint and all corridors and communal areas were also decorated.
